You can submit administrative queries 24/7 and clinical queries between 8am – 12pm daily. To ensure we maintain the highest standards of patient care and safety, there is a daily limit on the number of clinical queries we can accept. Please note, this service is not for emergencies. In an emergency, always call 999.

Temporary Waiting Room – Construction Works Update (Starting 14 May)

From Wednesday 14^th May, we will begin internal construction work at the surgery, expected to last 8-10 weeks. As part of this work, our admin team will relocate into our current patient waiting area, and patients will instead use a temporary marquee set up outside the front of the building as the waiting area.

Please note the following during this period:

• Check-in desk remains available as usual but at the front of the surgery, please follow signage on arrival. Self-check in screen is located in the foyer as you enter the building – please arrive early to avoid being late for your appointments as there may be a queue.
• Designated disabled parking will be temporarily relocated but clearly marked and still available for patients who need it. Please leave these spaces for disabled and those less mobile.
• Limited car parking space is available at The Church next door, or on side streets nearby.
• Our staff will be on hand to assist if you are unsure where to go.

We apologise for any disruption, and we are doing our very best to minimise this. We would like to thank you in advance for your cooperation and patience while we improve our facilities.
