Our appointment booking system is changing from Wednesday 1st October! Please click HERE to view full details.

We will be closing at 4pm on Wednesday 24th December and Wednesday 31st December.

On these days, AccuRx will still be available to patients until 6:30pm however any submissions after 4pm will not be looked at until the next working day.

If you have an urgent medical matter between 4pm and 6:30pm on these days, please do not use AccuRx, you must call NHS 111.

Click on the ‘SUBMIT A NEW REQUEST’ below to request a NON-URGENT appointment. The form is available to submit from 7:30-6:30pm.

If you feel your medical issue is urgent, please call 999, 111, or call us on 0116 241 3801 for support.
