Using Online Services will allow you to:

  • Book, check or cancel appointments with a GP, nurse, or other healthcare professional.
  • Order repeat prescriptions
  • See parts of your health record, including information about medicines, vaccinations, and test results
  • See communications between your GP surgery and other services, such as hospitals.

Please find below details of the three main online service platforms we use, which allow patients to connect with us, along with information on what each one is used for.

Use this platform to view and book available appointments, cancel appointments, request repeat prescriptions and view your details and health record. Click here

How to register for Online Services

If you have not used our online services before you will need to:

  • Come to the Surgery, complete a form, and provide photo ID so we can confirm your identity and the receptionist will then issue you with a username and password.
  • Enter SystmOnline and enter your registration details exactly as shown on the form.
  • After registering, log on with your username and password.

Forgotten password?

If you have lost or forgotten your password, please bring your photo ID into reception in order for us to reset your password and login details.

Use this platform to submit administrative queries and requests such as sick notes, test results, documentation follow-ups, and more. Click here

Follow the steps in order to submit your administrative query. You will be asked to submit your details so that we know who you are and can deal with your request once it has been received.

In an emergency DO NOT use this form as your request will NOT be seen immediately. If you require medical help right now, please call your GP. If your GP is closed, visit NHS 111 online (hyperlink https://111.nhs.uk/) or call 111.

Download and use the NHS APP to:

  • Order repeat prescriptions and nominate a pharmacy where you would like to collect them
  • book and manage appointments subject to availability
  • View your GP health record to see information like your allergies and medicines (if your GP has given you access to your detailed medical record, you can also see information like test results)
  • Book and manage COVID-19 vaccinations
  • Register your organ donation decision
  • Choose how the NHS uses your data
  • View your NHS number
  • Use NHS 111 online to answer questions and get instant advice or medical help near you

Before using the app, you will need to prove who you are and confirm your identity.
