Cervical Screening Results – Important Update

From September 2025, if your cervical screening test is normal (negative), your result may be sent to you via the NHS App.

• Please ensure you have the NHS App downloaded and notifications switched on.
• If the message isn’t read within 72 hours, a letter will still be sent to you.
• Any abnormal results will continue to be sent by letter.
